NosabyGround: Nya Vallbjörka Visits: 1 Date: 14th June 2010 Match: Nosaby - Bromölla 2-3 (Division 3 Södra Götaland) Attendance: 389
Nosaby is a small club from Kristianstad but with small resources they have managed to establish themselves in Division 3. The ground, Nya Vallbjörka is close to where I live but despite passing it many times I had never seen a match there before tonight. Two years ago Nosaby played Bromölla in a last day championship decider and that game attracted a crowd of more than 1 000, which was a new record attendance at Nya Vallbjörka. With this game being a derby I knew there would be a decent crowd for this evening´s game as well and 389 is so far the best attendance of the season in the entire league. Bromölla played in Division 2 last season but was relegated in the last round and were one of the favourites to win Division 3 this year. After a disappointing start to the season that seems unlikely and with Nosaby being third in the table I was expecting a home win tonight. Nosaby started the best but Bromölla scored the first goal and in the second half two defensive errors meant the visitors were 3-0 up. Nosaby pulled two goals back but there was no time for an equaliser. Last time I saw a live football game (IFK Malmö-Nosaby) the exact same thing happened and I guess I will be banned from attending Nosaby matches from now on!
