Syrianska are a club from Södertälje, just south of Stockholm and 2009 was their first ever season in Superettan. Södertälje Fotbollsarena was built in 2005 and replaced Bårsta IP, an old ground which was not allowed to host top matches. Södertälje Fotbollsarena has an artificial pitch and a capacity of around 7,200 (3,600 seats) and is the home of the fellow Superettan club Assyriska as well. In 2007 the immigrant derby attracted a full house (7,146) which was a new record attendance for level 3 football in Sweden. The only negative thing about he ground is probably that it is near the motorway, a good thing if you are going by car, but after 45 minutes by train from Stockholm C you have to change to a city bus and a further 15 minutes before reaching the ground itself.
